Depositor Comments

pRS-GFP vector is GFP ORF and NUF2 3' UTR from pPS934 cloned into the XhoI-KpnI sites of pRS416. HOG1 (from -290 to the termination codon) was amplified by PCR using primers that replaced the termination codon with a XhoI site. CEN plasmid.
