Depositor Comments

The construct is composed of the following elements from 5' to 3'. 1) 9.1kb tyrosinase enhancer and promoter, 2) 1.8kb rasVal12, 3) SV40 splice and polyadenylation sequences. The entire 11.8kb insert containing rasV12 and regulatory elements can be released with NotI. See author's map for more information. Please also cite: Kaestner et al. Genes Dev 1997; 11(12):1583-95.
