This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extended ladder and a digestion of the plasmid p37-2iDMD-LR with the following enzymes: NotI-HF and SphI-HF.
Expected Bands:
NotI-HF: 18.9 kb
SphI: 9.8 kb + 3.9 kb + 2.6 kb + 1.5 kb + 1.1 kb
We observe the expected bands.
