This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: KpnI + XhoI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 4.8kb and 2.6kb. We see the expected pattern. The upper band running at ~8kb is uncut plasmid.
