This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 87843 with PacI, PvuI-HF and PacI/PvuI-HF.
We predict the following banding pattern:
PacI - 1 band at 16.4 kb
PvuI-HF - 1 band at 16.4 kb
PacI/PvuI-HF - 2 bands at 9.7 and 6.7 kb
We see the expected result
