Depositor Comments
For antisense probe: digest with NotI and use T3 polymerase.
Addgene's NGS results indicate that this plasmid is not in a pGEM-T Easy backbone. However, the T3 promoter is correctly situated and the depositor has confirmed that the plasmid is functional for probe synthesis.
