Depositor Comments
This mammalian expression plasmid expresses a enterobacterial phage MS2 coat fusion protein used for purification or localization of nuclear RNAs tagged with the MS2 stem-loop sequence. The complete protein contains a FLAG tag at the N-terminal region, a nuclear localization signal, followed by MS2 fused to eGFP.
