Poor protein expression
Several scientists have reported low E6-AP protein expression from this plasmid.
Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: HindIII and XhoI.
We expected HindIII to linearize the plasmid, giving a band of ~7.4kb and XhoI to give bands of ~ 4kb, 2.4kb, 435bp and 616bp. We see the expected pattern.
