This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme/enzymes: SalI and XbaI (separate digests)
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: SalI-6.1kb, XbaI-4.3kb and 1.8kb. We see the expected pattern.
