Depositor Comments

Production plasmid for ribonuclease inhibitor
and barstar homolog SaI14 from S. aureofaciens. The gene is
carried between the Nco1 and HindIII sites of pTrc99A (Genbank
#M22744).
Structural gene from S. aureofaciens strain R8/26. N-terminal threonine
of the wild type changed to alanine.
