This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid EZ-Tet-pLKO-Puro with the following enzymes: NheI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
Expected Bands
NheI-HF: 9 kb
NheI-HF/ EcoRI-HF: 8.8 kb & 0.2 kb
We observe the expected bands for this digest. The 200 bp band is present but very faint.
