This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pAAVS1-Neo-CAG-M2rtTA-H2BGFP (donor AB) with the following enzyme(s): NheI-HF and SnaBI.
Expected Bands:
NheI-HF: ~11.8 kb
SnaBI: ~6.3 + 5.5 kb
NheI-HF/SnaBI: ~5.5 + 4.3 + 2 kb
Results:
We observed the expected bands for all three digests.
