Depositor Comments
M15 cells were purchased from Qiagen already pre-transformed with a plasmid pREP-4, which expresses the lac repressor. pREP-4 confers additional kanamycin resistance.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
