Mouse Two Plasmid Activity-Optimized CRISPR Knockout Library

(Pooled Library #1000000096)

  • Purpose

The Sabatini/Lander CRISPR mouse pooled library is optimized for cleavage activity, in order to maximize the likelihood of gene knockout.

The library is split into two sub-libraries. Each library contains ~90,000 gRNAs.

  • Vector Backbone

    pLenti-sgRNA (Plasmid #71409) - does not express Cas9
