Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pHR_MFE1_hrGFP with the following enzymes: NheI-HF and AgeI-HF.
Digested with NheI-HF, expected band at 8.9 kb.
Digested with NheI-HF/AgeI-HF, expected bands at 6.5 and 2.3 kb.
We see the expected pattern, but also find an additional ~2kb band present in the digested samples.
