A derivative of pBBR1MCS-2. Non-mobilisable. Cloning site is compatible with iGEM cloning protocols (EcoRI-NotI-XbaI-SpeI-NotI-PstI) and Golden-Gate cloning protocols (BsaI-BsaI). Blue/white selection is via excision of lacZalpha fragment, rather than interruption of this. Has unique ScaI, BamHI, SmaI, EcoRV, EcoRI, XbaI, StuI, SpeI, PstI, HindIII, ClaI, SalI sites for cloning. Has two NotI and BsaI sites for cloning
