Depositor Comments
The construct FUW-tetO-EGFP was obtained from FUW-tetO-hOct4 (Addgene #20726) by replacing hOct4 with the EGFP-ires-puro cassette from PL-SIN-EOS-C(3+)-EiP (Addgene #21313).
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
