This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid Clover-Geminin(1-110) with the following enzymes: KpnI-HF and NcoI-HF.
Digested with KpnI-HF, expected bands at 5.9 and 1.6 kb.
Digested with NcoI-HF, expected bands at 4.4, 2.8, and 0.2 kb.
We see the expected pattern, although the 0.2kb band is too light/small to resolve
