This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymeenzymes: EcoRI & NotI
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: one band between 1.5kb and 2kb (+ other higher molecular weight bands) We see the expected pattern.
