Floxed EGFP gene switch cassette (KpnI fragment
from plasmid "p142") driven by SV40 promoter.
Note that a there is a second Kpn1 site within beta gal resulting in KpnI digests that yield bands of 6kb, 1.1kb, and approximately .6kb.
