This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 83356 with AgeI-HF, NotI-HF, and AgeI-HF/NotI-HF.
The expected pattern of bands was observed:
AgeI-HF: 1 band at 6.7 kb
NotI-HF: 1 band at 6.7 kb
AgeI-HF+NotI-HF: 2 bands at 5.4 and 1.3 kb
