This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pMXs-3XMyc-EGFP-OMP25 with the following enzyme(s): DraI and NheI-HF.
Expected Bands:
DraI: 6605 bp
NheI-HF: 3966 bp and 2639 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for both digests.
