Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: NotI and BamHI
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: Linearization to 6.7kb with individual digests and a 1.8kb fragment released in the double digest. We found that NotI failed to linearize the plasmid and the cloning data was changed accordingly. The overall length of the plasmid is still correct.
