Note: The Ir25a promoter was amplified from fly strain CS while the provided promoter sequence is from fly strain w1118. Therefore, there are some base changes between the provided full plasmid sequence and the actual plasmid (as seen in the Addgene quality control sequencing results) in the promoter region. The depositing laboratory is aware of these base changes; they do not affect plasmid fuction.
