Expected bands:
DraI: ~11kb (if contaminated, ~6.5kb)
XbaI: ~11kb (if contaminated, ~6.5kb)
DraI/XbaI: 2 bands, 6.8kb and 4.1kb (if contaminated, 6.1kb and 400bp)
Results:
We observed the expected bands for this digest.
