This cDNA was cloned from a cDNA library made from Jurkat T cells, as described in the reference. The Junctate splice variant contained in this plasmid does not have the 15 extra amino acids present in GenBank reference sequence NM_032468.4. Please see Figure S1b in the Supporting Information section of the associated publication for more details and the entire amino acid sequence of the clone. This clone was numbered following the human cDNA clone AF306765.
