Depositor Comments
Has SUMO3 protease cleavage site. Please note that mutation Q2513R in POLQ was found during Addgene's quality control. The depositor noted that Q2513R is an amino acid variant representing a common human snp (T instead of C) rs1381057. This mutation does NOT affect plasmid function.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
