Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid nls-NgAgo-GK with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and HindIII-HF.
We expect and see the following results:
Digested with BamHI-HF; one band at 6.7 kb.
Digested with BamHI-HF/HindIII-HF; two bands at 4 and 2.7 kb.
