Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 78175 with SpeI and EcoRI-HF.
The expected pattern of bands was observed:
SpeI single digest: Bands at 5kb and 3 identical bands at 0.4kb
EcoRI-HF single digest: Bands at 4.2 and 2.0kb
SpeI/EcoRI-HF double digest: Bands at 2.0, 1.7, 1.4 and 0.4kb
