Depositor Comments
Our sequencing results with T7 (5'-TAATACGACTCACTATAGGG-3') found extra SGSKL amino acids immediately following the FLAG tag and before the start of the GADD34 coding fragment. The depositor states that this discrepancy does not affect plasmid function.
