This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 75268 with SpeI-HF and NotI-HF.
We predict the following banding patterns:
SpeI-HF single digest: 6.8kb
NotI-HF single digest: 6.8kb
SpeI-HF / NotI-HF double digest: 4.9kb & 1.9kb
We see the expected result.
