The Open Source Wnt Kit is a 95-plasmid library of all 19 Wnt clones. The collection contains full-length open reading frames (ORFs) for every human Wnt ligand.
This kit consists of 1 plate, and will be shipped as bacterial glycerol stocks, 96-well format, on dry ice. Samples should be frozen at -80°C immediately upon arrival. Individual plasmids can be ordered from each plasmid page and will be shipped as bacterial stabs.

Description
The Open Source Wnt Project was initiated to create a collection of standardized Wnt plasmids that are easily accessible to the research community. The project and plasmids were created by Dr. Marian Waterman's group at UC Irvine and Dr. David Virshup's group at Duke Singapore as a way to pool community resources and efforts to develop an accessible and affordable set of reagents for the Wnt community. The Open Source Wnt Kit is a 95-plasmid library of all 19 Wnt clones. The collection contains full-length open reading frames (ORFs) for every human Wnt ligand.
In addition to this original set of 76 clones, Dr. Bryan MacDonald and Dr. Xi He have contributed a modified version of each tagged Wnt that enables epitope tagging without loss of Wnt signaling activity.

- Resistance Color Key
Each circle corresponds to a specific antibiotic resistance in the kit plate map wells.
- Inventory
Searchable and sortable table of all plasmids in kit. The Well column lists the plasmid well location in its plate. The Plasmid column links to a plasmid's individual web page.
- Kit Plate Map
96-well plate map for plasmid layout. Hovering over a well reveals the plasmid name, while clicking on a well opens the plasmid page.
