Depositor Comments
Addgene's sequencing results identified a mismatch in the Lhx2 sequence in this plasmid compared to GenBank reference sequence NM_010710. This difference will not interfere with probe performance neither with probe specificity.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
