Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pNCS-CyOFP with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
We expect and see the following results:
Digested with BamHI-HF, expected band at 3.6 kb.
Digested with EcoRI-HF, expected band at 3.6 kb.
Digested with BamHI-HF/EcoRI-HF, expected bands at 0.7 and 2.9 kb.
