This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 74041 with the following enzymes: XhoI, HindIII, and HindIII+XhoI
Expected:
HindIII - 9.7kb
XhoI - 9.7kb
HindIII + XhoI - 5.6kb + 4.1kb
These results show the expected band sizes.
