This plasmid is based on AAVS1 hPGK-Puro-pA from Dr. Rudolf Jaenisch (Addgene #22072)(Hockemeyer et al. Nat. Biotech. 2009). After integration at the AAVS1 locus, OsTIR1 is conditionally expressed under the control of the Tet promoter.
