The plasmid p-attB-min.hsp70P-FRT-STOP#1-FRT-DamMycLAM for expression of FLP-inducible Dam-LAM protein was made by cloning the Drosophila Lamin Dm0 open reading frame from the previously described pDamMyc-Dm0 plasmid (Pickersgill et al., 2006, PMID=16878134) between the AscI and NotI sites in p-attB-min.hsp70P-FRT-STOP#1-FRT-DamMyc[open] vector.
