The plasmid p-attB-FL.hsp70P-Dam[4-HT-intein@L127C]MycPC for expression of Dam[4-HT-intein@L127C]-PC protein was made by cloning the Drosophila Polycomb open reading frame from the previously described pNDamMyc-Pc plasmid (Tolhuis et al., 2006, PMID=16628213) between the AscI and NotI sites in p-attB-FL.hsp70P-Dam[4-HT-intein@L127C]Myc[open] vector.
