Addgene Diagnostic Digest

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pG2K with the following enzymes: NheI-HF and Xho I.

Expected Bands:
NheI-HF - 3.8 kb.
Xho I - 3.8 kb.

We observed the expected bands.
