We replaced the SV40 promotor of the pGL3-promotor plasmid by DSCP and inserted a Gateway-cassette into the multiple-cloning-site (MCS; using KpnI and BglII), i.e. upstream of the DSCP, to allow Gateway cloning of candidate sequences
