Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid #71461 with the enzymes Eco RI-HF and Nde I.
We expected the following band sizes:
EcoRI-HF / Nde I double digest: expect 2 bands: 6559bp and 1733bp
We see the expected pattern. This result verifies the presence of the ELP-intein.
