Depositor Comments

In plasmid preparations from E. coli, a smaller deletion derivative of pTRK669 of about 1.7 kb may be noticeable. This smaller plasmid does not affect the functionality of pTRK669 in gram positive hosts and may not appear in those backgrounds. Addgene's quality control sequence shows the expected deletion from the smaller derivative of pTRK669.

Whole plasmid sequencing from the depositor showed deletion of the NheI site. Please see the provided digest result for reference.
