A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byThis plasmid was generated by Dr. Marco Musso. The GFP sequence in plasmid pPNT6 was obtained by PCR using pcDNA3-eGFP. Pcr product was cloned into bluescript. The polylinker region between the promoter and the eGFP coding region was destroyed.
