A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byThe original clone was from the laboratory of Dr. Nancy Andrews then at Harvard Medical School. It was sent to the laboratory of Dr. R.T.A. MacGillivray at the University of British Columbia. It was inserted into the pNUT vector at UBC and sent to my lab for expression, purification and characterization.
