This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pMJ915 with the following enzymes: KpnI-HF, SpeI, and NcoI-HF.
We expect KpnI to give 2 bands of 7.6 and 2.5k band SpeI/NcoI to give 2 bands of 8.6 and 1.5kb
