A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byThe human FOXM1b open reading frame was subcloned from Origene FOXM1b cDNA construct (Cat SC128214 ) into Origene (Cat PS100013) pCMV6-AN-HA then finally subcloned into pCW57.1.

Depositor Comments
Note: The plasmid is derived from a FOXM1b cDNA clone from Origene which contains a SNP which causes a serine to proline amino acid residue substitution. This residue change is a natural variant and does not affect plasmid function.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
