Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pFUGW-hGtACR2-EYFP with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
We expect and see the following results:
Single digest with BamHI-HF--one band at 10.8 kb.
Double digest with BamHI-HF/EcoRI-HF--two bands at 9.1 and 1.6 kb.
