Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pAVU6+27-F30-2xdBroccoli with the following enzymes: ApaLI and HindIII-HF.
We expected ApaLI to give one band at ~6.4kb; however, our results indicate a second restriction site is present.
HindIII was expected and does give 2 bands at ~5.4 and 0.9kb
