Addgene Diagnostic Digest with ClaI and SpeI

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
66826 with the following enzymes: ClaI single digest, SpeI single digest, and ClaI and SpeI double digest

We observed the expected band patterns-

Single Digest with ClaI: 3267bp and 7194bp

Single Digest with SpeI: 3247bp and 7214bp

Double Digest: 612bp, 632bp, 2635bp, and 6582bp

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
66826 with the following enzymes: BglII single digest, EcoRI-HF single digest, and BglII and EcoRI-HF double digest.

We observed the expected band patterns-

Single digest with either BglII or EcoRI: 10461bp

Double digest cut: 7118bp and 3343bp
