QUAS-Δpes-10-GFP fragment from XW12 was subcloned into SphI and PacI sites of CM224 (a derivative of pCFJ151, with extra cloning sites, a kind gift from C. Maeder), which is the chromosome II ttTi5605 site MosSCI targeting vector.
